What are the sizes?
Our sizes tend to be a little smaller. If you prefer a loose fit, we recommend choosing a size or two larger.


How does a return work?
For returns, please send the package to the following address:

Please note that you bear the costs of your return yourself.


Please enclose your invoice issued by us with the return and immediately after shipping send us an email to Info@Larkas.de with your order number and one of the following options for further procedure:


• Refund of order costs (excluding shipping costs)
• Exchange for a new size (please specify)
• Exchange for an equivalent product (please specify)
• Receiving a voucher code (order value + €5 compensation fee)


Where are the products made?
Our clothing (hoodies, premium hoodies, zip hoodies, T-shirts) are manufactured exclusively in Germany. Some of our canvases, posters, bags and other accessories are manufactured in Germany but in any case within the European Union. We rely on German standards and have the highest demands on the quality and workmanship of our products.


How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time is usually between 2-5 days. For high order quantities there may be a delay of 2-3 days. Our team is working hard to ensure you receive your package in a timely manner.


When are returns processed?
We process returns at the end of each calendar week. We ensure that every return is handled carefully and as quickly as possible.


What to do if there are production errors?
If there have been errors in the production of our products, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please contact our customer service immediately by email or telephone to inform us of the problem. Please also include photos of the defects found with the message. Our team will take care of it immediately and ensure that you receive a new product as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

NOTE for free products: If the value of the goods falls below the minimum order value of a free item due to a return and this is not returned, the full amount will be charged for this item.
